Conductor leads pre-concert talk

When the U.S. Army Field Band, "The Musical Ambassadors of the Army," perform for the public at the McMinn County High School gymnasium on Monday, Nov. 16, not only will Col. Thomas H. Palmatier be conducting the band's performance, he will also lead a pre-concert discussion beginning at 6:30 p.m. The concert follows at 7 p.m.
