John Allen Davis

John Allen Davis, 58, of Buford, Ga., died Monday, June 1, 2009, at his residence.

He was preceded in death by his mother, Evelyn Davis, formerly of Etowah.

Survivors include his wife, Virginia Davis of Buford, Ga.; his father, Poley Davis Jr. of Etowah; and one stepbrother, Bill Cochran of Englewood.

A celebration of life ceremony will be held in Buford, Ga. at a later date.
