Ella Mae Womac, 38, of Athens, died Saturday, July 20, 2013, at her residence.
A native of Etowah and a longtime resident of Athens, she was a daughter of the late Riley Jacob \"R.J.\" Womac and was also preceded in death by one brother, Jeff Key. She was a member of Clear Springs Baptist Church and was a graduate of McMinn County High School.
Survivors include her mother, Marjorie Ann Lyles Womac of Athens; one daughter, Riley Khristian Anne Womac of Athens; three brothers and two sisters-in-law, Larry Womac of Athens, Jesse and Ryoko Norwood of Yokohoma, Japan, and John and Connie Norwood of Athens; two sisters and one brother-in-law, Diane and Billy Bayes of Athens, and Toni West of Etowah; one sister-in-law, Kathy Key of Athens; and several nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts and uncles.
Funeral services will be 7 p.m. Tuesday in the chapel of Ziegler Funeral Home with the Rev. Stan Liner and Chuck Wold officiating. Burial will be 11 a.m. Wednesday in Clear Springs Cemetery.
Pallbearers will be Josh Marney, Nathan Radford, Tim Howard, Ben Howard, Brian Howard and Mark Howard.
The family will receive friends from 5 to 7 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home.
